Account Manager
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Uphold Duckpin’s Core Values
- Collaborate with owners to onboard new staff
- Train and manage junior Team members and share accountability for their outcomes
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of Duckpin
- Maintain effective workflow processes
Primary Responsibilities
- Own accountability for the delivery of account objectives within required timelines and account budget.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of each client’s business to anticipate needs.
- Effectively communicate with clients on a regular basis to advise on and triage objectives within client budgets, highlight progress and successes and ensure expectations are aligned.
- Create and manage work plans and clearly communicate objectives and deliverables to the Duckpin Team and contractors.
- Delegate work tasks to designers, writers, developers, and web support team as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive account documentation.
- Keep a clear line of communication with leadership on individual account health.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Contribute to creative collaboration.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots as needed.
- Act as a checkpoint, along with all Team members, in monitoring output for brand alignment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
