ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

  • Uphold Duckpin’s Core Values
  • Collaborate with owners to onboard new staff
  • Train and manage junior Team members and share accountability for their outcomes
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of Duckpin
  • Maintain effective workflow processes

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own accountability for the delivery of account objectives within required timelines and account budget.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of each client’s business to anticipate needs.
  • Effectively communicate with clients on a regular basis to advise on and triage objectives within client budgets, highlight progress and successes and ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Create and manage work plans and clearly communicate objectives and deliverables to the Duckpin Team and contractors.
  • Delegate work tasks to designers, writers, developers, and web support team as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive account documentation.
  • Keep a clear line of communication with leadership on individual account health.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to creative collaboration.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots as needed.
  • Act as a checkpoint, along with all Team members, in monitoring output for brand alignment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
