Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to hire a driven marketing coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and measurable sales. The marketing coordinator’s responsibilities include planning and execution of marketing tactics under the direction of the Marketing Director. You should also be able to set, analyze, and report on metrics that matter.

To be successful as a Marketing Coordinator, you should be able to collaborate with the agency team to develop innovative and effective work. Ultimately, an outstanding marketing coordinator should demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be comfortable with data-driven decision making.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand each clients brand, products, services, and goals
  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns on common ad networks (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Set up and manage email campaigns (one-off, drip, automated) via a variety of different email marketing platforms and CRMs
  • Plan, produce, and manage website content that educates, satisfies visitors, increases useful traffic, and/or drives sales
  • Implement website content on new website builds for initial launch across a variety of content management systems
  • Plan, schedule, and publish organic social media content aligned with brand KPIs
  • Coordinate the timely production of creative assets with the agency Creative Team
  • Coordinate the timely production of website assets and landing pages with the agency Web Team
  • Benchmark, set, and accurately attribute KPIs across multiple marketing channels and tactics. Use all collected KPI data in coordination with the Marketing Director to guide strategy
  • Demonstrate agency values by constantly seeking better ways to work and new resources and tools



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field
  • Proven broad skill set in marketing (agency preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of email marketing platforms, search and social ad networks, website content management systems, and social media platforms
  • An innate understanding of marketing attribution and its importance
  • Inherent determination to drive results for customer success
