The Frame
The Chai Energy App is a home energy monitoring tool empowering homeowners to lower their energy usage and thus, their utility bills. The folks at Chai wanted to establish a strong user experience and brand presence via a new website and refreshed app user interface.
The Strike
We first established a strong web presence with a new site design and started the UX redesign with the original framework and created a simple graphic vocabulary that made complex data easy for the user to understand and digest. Our redesign drastically cut down the time it takes to sign up, increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Duckpin has built a strong, long-standing partnership with Chai Energy, serving their needs with rapidly-evolving websites, sophisticated web portals, digital partner marketing, merchandising and more.
