We started working with Weight Wise Weight Loss Centers in late 2022, since then, their organic traffic has increased 100’s of times over, going from 300 clicks a month to an eye-watering 18,500 clicks in the most recent month. That’s a 6,000% increase in organic traffic!
As a result, Weight Wise was better able to rank for key industry terms like Semaglutide, Phentermine, Lipotropic Injections and more. Taking their lead flow from a couple a week to dozens a week.

Our Organic Strategy
Our organic strategy was meticulously designed to enhance visibility and engagement by concentrating on creating helpful and valuable content that aligns with the main core services of Weight Wise. Specifically, we focused on Semaglutide, Phentermine, and Lipotropic Injections—each chosen due to their significance in our offerings and their interest to our audience.
By producing detailed, informative, and user-centric content around these services, we aimed to educate our audience, providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. This approach not only helped in attracting potential clients who are actively seeking weight loss solutions but also established our brand as a trusted source of information in the weight loss domain.
Through careful keyword research, we produced content that users were actually searching for and that we could feasibly rank for as a lower authority domain. By linking this content to our location-based service pages, we were able to push Weight Wise’s rankings to the top three for numerous services across cities in Maryland and Florida.
Backlink Acquisition
While we did do some targeted backlink acquisition for main services, most of the growth experienced here came from organically obtained backlinks. This means that the content we produced was of such high quality that other sites actively cited our domain when it came to content that they published. As a result, Weight Wise’s authority score increased from below 10 to 26 in just 12 months.
This is important as a higher authority score means that our domain is more of a trusted authority in the eyes of Google, making it easier to rank for competitive key terms.
Florida Expansion
When Weight Wise first expanded into Florida, it acquired a rival weight loss clinic in the Palm Beach area. Unfortunately, the traffic here was not enough to sustain a healthy business, fortunately, telehealth was an option to serve customers.
To combat this, we built out location service pages in major cities across the state: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, etc. Even though we were not physically located in any of those cities, we could still rank on the first page due to the strength of our site and the Florida-based content we produced. This allowed Weight Wise to create a massive funnel of patients across Florida while maintaining only one location.
